Welcome — you're one step away from unlocking your Frequencies. Follow these steps to activate your account:
Download the Harmoniq App on your mobile device if you haven't already.
Create your account through the sign-up/payment portal inside the app. This is where you set up your membership — your 30-day free trial begins here, at activation, not at the time of purchase.
Log in to the Harmoniq App using the email and password you created in the portal during step 2. That account is your subscription account and your app login — they're automatically the same.
Refresh the app screen (pull down to refresh) — your membership will activate and your Frequencies will be ready to explore.
Note: The email you used to purchase the Limitless Neckband on feelharmoniq.com does not need to match your app/subscription account. What matters is the account you created when setting up your membership in the app. If you're having trouble accessing your Frequencies, make sure you're logged in with that membership account email.
