Canceling Your Harmoniq Membership
You can cancel your Harmoniq membership at any time.
How to cancel
Open the Harmoniq App or visit feelharmoniq.com.
Navigate to your account subscription settings.
Follow the prompts to cancel your membership.
What happens after you cancel
If you are on a paid membership, your access to Frequencies continues until the end of your current billing period.
If you are still within the 45 days of All Access Membership included with The FLOW, cancel before the included period ends if you do not want your membership to continue as a paid plan.
Paid membership fees are non-refundable once charged, so cancel before your next renewal date if you do not want to be billed again.
A note on The FLOW
Your membership and The FLOW are separate.
Canceling your membership does not affect the 45-Day Money-Back Guarantee for The FLOW. The guarantee applies to the physical product independently, subject to Harmoniq's return policy.
