Does the Money-Back Guarantee Cover Membership Costs?
Harmoniq's 45-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to The FLOW as a physical product. If you're not satisfied, you can return The FLOW within the applicable 45-day guarantee period for a refund, subject to Harmoniq's return policy.
Paid membership fees are not refundable once paid membership access has begun. Digital access to the Harmoniq App and its Frequencies library is separate from the Money-Back Guarantee covering The FLOW.
What this means in practice

Included All Access Membership: Every purchase of The FLOW includes 45 days of All Access Membership.
When the 45 days begin: Your included All Access period begins when you activate your membership in the Harmoniq App after The FLOW arrives — not when you place your order.
Paid membership: If your membership continues as a paid plan after the included 45-day period, paid membership fees are separate from the Money-Back Guarantee for The FLOW.
Managing your membership
You can subscribe, cancel, or change your membership plan through your Harmoniq account.
If you do not want your membership to continue as a paid plan after your included 45-day All Access period, cancel before the included period ends.
If you already have a paid membership and no longer wish to continue it, cancel before your next billing date.
