Delete your account in the app
Open the Harmoniq app and tap the Account tab in the bottom navigation
Tap Account Details
Choose Delete Account and confirm

On confirmation, the app deregisters your device, deletes your account on our servers, clears local caches, and signs you out.
What gets deleted
Account deletion is a full, permanent deletion, not a deactivation. It removes all health data tied to your account, including sleep ratings, sleep sessions, health metrics, and connected Oura and Whoop integration tokens. No health data is retained after deletion through this process.

You can also request account and data deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
