You may return The FLOW within 45 days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible returns receive a refund of the product purchase price.

How to Start a Return

We will provide you with a free prepaid return shipping label.
Pack The FLOW in its original packaging with all included components.
Send the return within 14 days of receiving your prepaid return label.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund:
The return request must be submitted within the 45-day guarantee period.
The FLOW must be returned in its original packaging.
The FLOW must not arrive physically damaged.
The return must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the prepaid return label.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
There is no return shipping charge.
Once processed, credit card refunds may take 2–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Gift Returns
If you received The FLOW as a gift, it may still be returned under the same conditions.
Refunds are issued to the original purchaser's payment method.
The 45-day guarantee period begins on the original purchase date.
Membership & Digital Access
The 45-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to The FLOW as a physical product and is separate from Harmoniq membership access.
Every purchase of The FLOW includes 45 days of All Access Membership, beginning when you activate your membership in the Harmoniq App.
If you return The FLOW, your included membership access ends with the return.
