Reading the Battery Status Light
The FLOW uses a simple status light to help you understand the current battery level.
Here's what to look for:
No light at all — The battery is fully drained. Connect The FLOW to its charging cable to begin charging.
Red light on startup — The battery is low. Charge The FLOW before your next session.
Solid green light — The FLOW is charged and ready to use.
Charging The FLOW
Connect The FLOW to its charging cable.
Allow it to charge until the status light turns solid green.
Disconnect the charging cable and start your next Harmoniq session.
You can then choose a Frequency such as Deep Work, Zen Companion, or another experience available in your Harmoniq library.
