When you're pairing your device, check the status light first: is it solid or blinking?
A simple reset will likely do the trick.
Confirm your Limitless Neckband is off (no lights are on)
Hold the Power Button down for 15 seconds — the logo light will turn on and off once, and the device will vibrate a single pulse
Wait 15 seconds, then power on again (press the Power button once)
The status light should now be blinking green — you're ready to connect
This is usually related to how your phone is attempting to connect. Try the following:
Make sure you are connecting your device through the Devices tab in the Harmoniq App, or via the Connect Device banner in the app
The Limitless Neckband will not connect through your phone's system Bluetooth settings (the same place you'd pair a car or wireless speaker) — always use the Harmoniq App to establish the connection
