Why is the light on The FLOW red?

Why is the light on The FLOW flashing green, red, or both?

A flashing light means The FLOW is actively searching for a connection, typically while trying to pair with the Harmoniq App via Bluetooth.

  • Flashing green: The FLOW is trying to connect and has sufficient battery.

  • Flashing red: The FLOW is trying to connect while the battery is low.
