Harmoniq App Navigation & Features

A guide to downloading, setting up, and navigating the Harmoniq App — including features, Frequencies, and app organization.

Downloading and Setting Up the App

How do I download and set up the app?

Search “Harmoniq” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Once downloaded:

  1. Create your Harmoniq account.

  2. Follow the in-app membership setup process.

  3. Activate your included All Access Membership.

  4. Follow the prompts to pair The FLOW with the Harmoniq App.

Your 45 days of included All Access Membership begin when you activate your membership in the app — not when you purchase The FLOW — so shipping time does not reduce your included access period.

The account you create during membership setup becomes your Harmoniq membership account and should also be used to log in to the app.

Note: The email you used to purchase The FLOW on the website does not need to match your Harmoniq App account email.

If you run into any issues, visit feelharmoniq.com for support.

Understanding App Features

How do I know what's in a Frequency?

Tap on any Frequency and scroll to its detail section.

Tap the ⓘ information icon to view more information about the signals included in that Frequency.

Can I track sleep or mood with the app?

The Harmoniq App does not directly track biometric metrics such as sleep, heart rate, or recovery.

If you use another wellness wearable, such as Oura or WHOOP, you may choose to review your own wellness data alongside your Harmoniq routine to better understand patterns over time.

Harmoniq does not control or validate data generated by third-party wearable platforms.

Can I adjust the timing?

Yes.

For Frequencies:
Tap the Frequency, select the capsule showing the current duration, adjust the session length, and tap Save.

For Routines:
Routine durations are currently preset. Additional customization options may be introduced over time.
